Tim and Kerstin Lucas

We would like to introduce our fantastic Wellington Licensees, Tim and Kerstin Lucas.

Tim and Kerstin came on board with Heritage Homes in January 2017, and during their time with Heritage Homes, their strong attitude to helping people reach perfection with their home is key.

Heritage Homes Wellington prides themselves on the slogan “quality is paramount”. Tim and his team never compromise on a well finished job, so you can expect the best no matter the size.

Tim and Kerstin work with a trusted network of trades and can offer a full project service from beginning to end.

Tim is the principal builder at Heritage Homes Wellington. He enjoys being hands on with every build, project managing and making sure all throughout the build process he knows what is going on in order to be able to communicate with the home owners. 
He understands the value of communication and will work with you from the beginning of your job and provide updates throughout to ensure everything runs smoothly. Tim is aware of the mix of emotions that come with building a new home, or even renovating, therefore prides himself on making sure all clients are aware of the building stages.

He is a trade qualified, LBP Registered Master Builder with over 10 years in the construction industry. Tim is passionate about building and takes pride in his work.
